The walkie is working well but the box did not contain power charger to charge the devices so I had to buy two new connectors

It's working as per expectation. Just with single press we can communicate on other side. Just with single click bell rings on other side. I am using this to communicate with my staff in hospital. With just a single click you can send a message on speaker on other side.

The outdoor unit is waterproof, so rain or dust doesn’t matter. The indoor unit never dies because the dock automatically charges it whenever the battery runs low. That alone makes it feel like a premium, no-maintenance device. But here’s the part I didn’t expect: after using it for a couple of days, everyone around me wanted their own unit. Family, staff, even visitors who saw it in action asked, “Where did you get this?” Now multiple rooms are connected, and pairing new units takes just a few seconds. It’s one of those rare devices that quietly becomes essential — especially if you have elderly parents, kids on another floor, a clinic, or simply a large home. Once you start using it, you realise how much easier life gets. If you’re thinking about buying it, just get it. You’ll only understand its value after you use it — and by then, you’ll wish you added an extra unit or two.
