Q: Can these be used inside the tank of the toilet I have hard water and my tank has yellow stains

These are ONLY for the toilet bowl. he Pods are NOT designed to create any foaming action. As the Pod dissolves, cleansers are released into the water – while a small amount of bubbling occurs.

Q: damage porcelain? Can this cause any damage to toilet bowl over time?

To date we have not seen any issues with regard to damages to our toilets. But that has only been a 6 month period.

Q: Is it Safe to use on Toto Sanagloss toilets?
