Roost Grey Scandinavian 2 Drawer Writing Desk

All came well packaged, all bits there nothing scratched or broken. Beautiful desk which is sturdy and for the price so worth it.

Was missing the board for the back and the drawer bottoms. I just went and bought some from a DIY store. I didn't contact the seller about a returns or refund. It does look good and was easily assembled but it is not the best quality fittings. Probably wouldn't buy again but it does the job I need it to do.

Arrived early which was great. Relatively easy to assemble, attaching legs to bottom was a bit tough as drill does not fit into the holes. Laminate was damaged and was unfortunately on the top of the desk. The wood color does not match between the handles, legs and beams. The legs have large areas that look like they have been filled with wood putty and does not look very nice. If there was no damage to the top and the legs looked a bit better I would say decent value for money.

Had high hopes given other peoples reviews but instructions very poor sparse and hard to follow and unable to finish construction as the wrong screws have been sent.

This dressing table arrived 2 days earlier then stated. The package was in perfect condition. When I opened the box the contents packaging was the best I have ever seen. All parts were labelled even down to the packets of different screws e.t.c. The drawing for me was perfect but you must study it very carefully. An electric screwdriver would be useful. Great value for money. Well done

The desk arrived quickly, but when we went to assemble quite a few of the holes didn’t line up so we had to drill new ones. Obviously not easy for most people. Also, the drawer handles were stuck together, presumably from being packed before the lacquer dried, so had to snap them apart with a Stanley knife which has left some marking. Now it’s finished though, does the job and pretty happy, but be warned it will take some effort to get there. Finally, the desk is higher than average so you will almost certainly need a gas lift office chair.

I use it as my writing desk. It was easy to assemble and matches my other furniture. The desk fits the space available and is perfectly suited to my needs. At the price I feel it is a good purchase

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality, it took a few hours to put it together. But all the pieces came together easily. It's quite heavy so it sits well on carpet. drawers run smoothly and I love the grey colour contrasted with the wood. Looks modern and great value for money!
