Already making the last pattern from the book.You should to have a Quick Curve Ruler to work,but the ruler is fantastic and you can get a lot of patterns on the internet,also double wedding ring with no templates and no v-shapes to sew.The book has clear instruction to follow.The quilts are big (usually about 3 yards of badding you will need).Creative grids uk has extra 3 free patterns to download,nice addition to book.

Ich bin über eine amerikanische Patchwork/ Quilting Seite auf Jenny Pedigo aufmerksam geworden und hatte mir mit Freuden den Quick Curve Ruler und einige Quiltbeschreibungen von ihr gekauft. Ich war sehr gespannt auf dieses "Buch" und wurde dann doch enttäuscht. -> Generell für alle: um mit diesem Buch arbeiten zu können, braucht man ein spezielles, von Jenny Pedigo entworfenes Lineal. Den sogenannten Quick Curve Ruler. Wenn Sie dieses Lineal nicht haben, können Sie mit diesem Buch NICHTS anfangen. Zum Buch Die abgebildeten Quilts sind sehr schön und die Beschreibung nachvollziehbar. Man sollte jedoch schon über Grundkenntnisse vom Patchworken verfügen und evtl. ein gutes Wörterbuch haben. Die Bandbreite der Projekte geht von Tischläufern zu Quilts. Was ich jedoch weniger toll fand, war die vermeindlich günstige Aufmachung. Wer an ein Buch denkt wird hier enttäuscht. Es ist ehr ein Heft und dafür in meinen Augen einfach zu teuer (mir ist der Wechselkurs bewusst, aber selbst wenn man das Buch in Dollar beziehen würde, finde ich das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis nicht stimmig). Zudem leben die abgebildeten Quilts, meiner Meinung nach, sehr stark von den Quiltingkünsten von Jenny. Für alle, die also keine Longarm Quiliting Maschine haben, wird es nicht einfach sein, die Quilts nachzustellen. Schade

Great book for beginner projects with the quick curve ruler . I’ve made a quilt using the mini rings ruler I love the quilt . it can be a little challenging at first but once a person understands how the ruler works it’s fun .

Wie man auf den Foto erkennen kann, handelt es sich nicht um einen neuen Artikel. Dieses Buch weist erhebliche Gebrauchsspuren auf, was ich bei diesem Preis unverschämt finde. Auch erkennt man auf der Hochglanz Oberseite, dass dieses Buch schon durch viele Hände gegangen ist.
