Really enjoyed the smoothness of this cacao. I like it is unsweetened and my wife and I added monk fruit sweetener to taste. Coffee is sometimes too stimulating for me, I enjoyed how this stimulated me enough to feeler energized without jittery. My wife was having a bit of an emotional day when it came in and was a really great aid in uplifting her spirits. Wonderful taste and very warming feel from this cacao. Perfect cocoa

This is a really pleasant Cacao. It tastes great prepared with the recipe I have. I felt lightened and uplifted after drinking it. I also felt an increase in energy that was sustained for hours. Although organic, I wish the company would test for heavy metals. I also wish they would test for theobromine content, as well as minerals like magnesium and list those amount on the package or on their website. This is a low-caffeine cacao with only 12 mg of caffeine per serving. So, I believe the theobromine content would be significant, otherwise there would have been no increase in sustained energy. The back of the bag did state that this cacao is an "excellent source of magnesium, iron, theobromine, polysaccharides, antioxidants, flavonoids, omegas, alkaloids, triterpenes, anti-inflammatories, polyphenols. I just wish they would list the amounts of at least the magnesium, theobromine, and polyphenols. Makes it hard to compare to other brands without those amounts. It did list the iron content per serving at .86 mg, the calcium content at 10 mg, and the potassium content at 107 mg.

This is an excellent product. It’s very finely ground so it doesn’t clog the coffee pot filter and dissolves easily. I drink Cacao every day for my health and love this product.

Wonderful taste! Smooth texture. Smells amazing when brewing. This cacao is a healthy part of my daily rituals now. Definitely a high quality and I would recommend it to anyone.
