I like that it tastes good, blends well and I can add it to many different drinks not just water. Can't speak to the overall claims but I do feel I have more energy, think clearer, am "regular", less bloated, digest better and feel healthier. If that helps. Will update as time goes on. Thanks for the added vitamins in my diet in as well. I'm already healthy in my habits but this helps in feeling healthier. I haven't tried the other flavors but this one is good.

Being a weight loss journey. I wanted to make sure I focused on gut health, along with eating high protein, low carb and working out. So far so good. I'm really enjoying bloom. Tiktok put me on so I decided to give it a try.

I don’t notice a difference with bloating or weight loss. Typically, bloating isn’t a main issue of mine so a product like this didn’t really do much. I pretty much compare this to Metamucil, it’s a fiber supplement with different fruity flavors. Will you lose weight on this? Only if you diet and exercise regularly. This isn’t anything other than a way to keep your bowels regular.

This is the first thing I drink every morning. Makes me feel like I'm doing something right for my body, at least until I eat the not so good stuff :-) Have only tried 3 flavors, but the peach is my favorite.

If you can get past the appearance it definitely helps with bloating

Tastes great, easy to mix and instantly makes me feel like I have a jump in my step!
