Poor quality, don’t buy
This is meant to be low sunflower seed, yet sunflower seeds are the main ingredient listed. Not at all happy with this. This is not AS20 parrot food. Not at all happy with this product. Trade description act would have a field day with this

My daily ten minutes of peace
My African Grey gets AS20 as his seed mix alongside a good selection of fresh fruit and veg. The only thing he doesn't eat from this mix are the whole chillies. It's always excellent quality and never bulked out with cheaper ingredients. It's a really good mix that he thoroughly enjoys. When his seed bowl is refilled is about the only time he's reliably quiet. For around ten minutes anyway.
