Lovely mug, we like the requested engraving on mug.Ordered 2 mugs for relatives, unfortunately one arrived broken, replacement arrived very quickly. Very pleased with replacement response as I was able to give as gifts on time.Would certainly recommend and will be using again for gifts, Christmas, birthdays, celebrations.

Name on mug far too small
I like the colour of the mug but it's a gift to an elderly work colleague and the writing on it (his name) is so small he probably won't notice it! Very disappointed. Wouldn't purchase again, sorry.
