Recently found my Metroid edition New 3DS XL. It had low battery and when I tried charging it, it wouldn’t charge. I wasn’t sure if it was a battery issue or charging cable issue. I ordered both, but these cables came in first and when I tried to charge, it worked. So the old cable I had became faulty These cables charged up my 3DS nice and quick. They’re thick and durable and connection is nice and tight. I like the longer length so I can charge and play at the same time for longer sessions.

The cords are sturdy and well protected, and I like that a pair is included, so I keep one at home and one in my bag tto use with my battery bank. They fit perfectly fine into my 3DSXL, and the console booted up after YEARS of neglect just fine. (WOO!) Charges just fine, and the cable is long enough that I can play my 3DS in bed. I'm glad I got these, they work great and I'm going to use the heck out of them.

Feels high quality and works perfectly for an OG 3DS XL. Price is the same as a single charger from other brands, so you can't go wrong with this. Keep one at the ready and throw the other in a backpack or car for travel. Awesome!

Good all around, not much more to say. In my opinion the best “upgrade” if you only have a couple bucks to spend (after homebrew of course). They work great for my 3DS and it’s so much nicer to be able to change from a power bank if I’m traveling and can’t get to a plug. Good price.

I found my 3DS and wanted to play it, but realized I had no idea where the charger was. I was going to buy another charger but saw that these could connect to a USB port. This works fantastic. Good quality cable and it charges as it should. Now I don't have to worry of finding a normal outlet to charge my 3DS and just can charge it pretty much anywhere. Including my powerbank!
