It's very helpful product for sandwich lover.1.The product got delivered in excellent condition.2.the product packing quality is good .3.the build quality of the sandwich maker is up to the mark.4.the plates given are nonstick , interchangeable and durability is also good .5.the cord length is not long but it is sufficient for kitchen slab .6.the plates are thick, pretty big enough to make 2 large sized sandwich and 2 small sized sandwich and waffles .7.there is a light indication given for heating and cooking completion it's easy for beginners to know when the cooking is done .8.the heating time is roughly around 5 to 7 minutes and cooking time is 8 to 10 minutes .9.the food made is crispy when it's done and if we want it to be crispier we can cook some more time .10.cleaning is really really easy no worries about sauce and cheese spills we can just remove the plate and wash it and keeps the kitchen clean .11.the look of the product is sleak and beautiful.black and silver combo is nice .12.ibell deserves the money I spent on its product.go for it if u want it will make every penny you spent worthy and u will love it just like I do .

Initially I was subticle to buy this product, as I used to buy Bajaj products, but this one was matching my budget, requirement of making bigger slices of Sandwiches, removalbe plates and combo of 3 different plates, so after going through the reviews, decided to buy this product. Trust me this product never disappoint you.Excellent product...... The floral imprint on the grills adds to the appearance of the sandwich. Sandwich will be ready in couple of seconds, literally less than a minute. And the company provided additional warranty after you register the product. Really a good product. Item is very good. Heating properly, very fast.I have tried toaster/ griller.. It turned out very good. The best thing is that we can remove the plates and wash them properly. I am very happy and satisfied
