Did the job as promised
The installer did a nice job of installing the Onstar FMV in my wife's new car. Note, however, that they only know the basic connection information about the product. When I couldn't make telephone connection with Onstar to complete the setup, the installer shrugged and said he just knew which wires went to which terminals. (Note this: The secret to the setup is that it takes a LONG time for Onstar to answer the phone the first time - maybe five minutes. Just wait.)

Money well spent.
Well worth the money for professional installation To difficult for dad and tool kit. Spend extra hundred bucks. To have it done right.

A must have if you purchase the FMV OnStar Mirror
Great way to go when you purchase the FMV Mirror. Easy process to complete and personnel were thorough and helpful.
