Great lantern and rechargeable!
I love the lightweight of them and the soft light it emits. They have a really long battery life, I still haven't recharged them yet! Great for power outages or just general use for outdoors.

It's a good value for what it is
To start - I'm not complaining, this was only ten bucks. But reading the reviews had me convinced I was getting something nicer. It's smaller than expected (my fault I guess, they do state the dimensions). It's bright enough to hang from your tent and see what you're doing at night, but it doesn't throw light very far. It was only marginally helpful, for example, hanging it above our food prep area outside, and trying to cook at night. The battery life also isn't that great. It'll get you through a weekend trip if you use it sparingly and/or stick to the "low" setting. If you fall asleep with it on "high" it will be dead by the time you wake up. That's OK, it's rechargeable which is a big plus, and we travel with a power bank anyway. It can stay lit while charging so you can always hook it to a power bank for extended life. It's also water resistant which is nice if it gets left outside in the rain. Practically indestructible too.The way it's constructed - all the electronics, including the tiny battery, are contained in the black bit on top. Everything else you see is basically just a frosted white plastic jug to diffuse the light. It's mostly empty space. So... there's plenty more room in there for them to use a bigger battery and/or additional LEDs. But again, it was 10 bucks so I understand why they didn't.As you push the button it cycles through the 4 modes. But... it's also smart enough, that if it's been turned on for more than a minute or so... when you press the button again, it won't cycle through the strobe and red lights, it will just turn off. Those borderline pointless modes are annoying and I'd hate to be blinded by blinking lights when I'm trying to turn the thing off. So that was really good design on their part to skip cycling through the modes for shutdown, once you've settled on one.Not unhappy with it but I'd probably just invest in a better one next time. If you wanted several of them (perhaps to light a path or for decorative mood lighting) and don't want to break the bank, these would be a good choice at the price point for sure.

The absolute best purchase for camping.
Regret only buying 1 of these. Had I bought 4 our entire camp site would have been fully lit. Even with just 1 we were able to light up our entire activity area at our camp site. It's absolutely bright as no other and the battery last days. I'm going to get 6 more for next year so at night it will be lit up like it's still daylight

Bright and Convenient
The lantern is small and portable but produces a super bright light, indoors and out. USB charging is very convenient here and it comes with a tiny charging cable. The different light modes also provide additional utility.

Nice lantern, but it broke quickly
The lantern is nice and bright and inexpensive. The only part that broke, as you can see in the picture is the top on off switch. I can still turn it on and off, so it is still usable if I use a fingernail or a or similar object. It seems to hold a charge. I charged it up and then not use it for 3 to 4 weeks, when I needed it, it was ready to go!For the price, it's a good deal, although I wish they would redesign the on off switch.

Good light perfect on the low setting
Bright enough on low. Not a fan of the strobe feature. I guess if you need the strobe then this has one in red
