Works perfectly!
I used this to replace the aged screen on my Expobar Office Lever with an E61 brew group. It fits perfectly and of courses improved the water flow through the screen through the coffee.It's super easy to replace with a small flat head screwdriver. When the machine is cold, pry off the old screen. Mine came off with the old portafilter seal. I replaced the seal by pressing it on the new screen and pushed it up into place. Works perfectly!

Not for ECM
I have an original ECM Giotto with the e61 brew head. This doesn't fit. I'm not sure what e61 brew head this fits as it doesn't have a screw hole.
