There are many similar products out there but I like these because they Tate good and add just a little boost on a long run or bike ride. I don't rely on them as my only fuel but as a nice change to let one dissolve, often during the second half of a long day/ longish run. The salted lime has the right amount of sour & salt to be interesting and act as a counterpoint to sweeter gels / snacks. I use the high 5 energy bars & electrolyte along with the fast chews from salt sticks as well.For running & cycling I put 3 of these and some salt tabs in a small zip loc and use as needed. They are expensive but I only use one or two for each long day so a tenners worth lasts me a while.

Easy to consume and used during a hiking weekend

I bought these chews to give me a bit of a boost on my daily 2 hour cardio sessions.They taste great and are easy to digest, but omg the recommended amount is 8- 5 mins before a 45 session, then a further 8 for every 45 mins of exercise!There’s only 16 in a packet- so I’d need a packet a day!!!Too expensive for that- so I’ll have to reconsider my energy chews! 🙈

You can feel a realEnergy burst & they don’t upset your tummy

These come in such a badly designed package. You're supposed to tear a corner, and a bit of the side, without it splitting wide open, while running. And then, it doesn't easily seal or fold back, so storing it is problematic. A zip lock on top, or some sort of easy to reseal flap, would be so much better. And it's not like these are cheap, at nearly a tenner for a pair of bags, so there's no excuse to have poor wrapping.

This product is completely overpriced for the tiny quantity it comes in. Don’t waste your money on this; buy something else instead.
