I purchased this to use after surgery when I had some activity restrictions. It’s the perfect size and very well designed. I had borrowed one from my father-in-law, but his was cheap plastic and very flimsy. This one is sturdy and works so well without being heavy and bulky. My father-in-law ended up getting one as well because it was so much nicer and worked so much better than his old one. I was able to reach in the washing machine with it and remove heavy, wet clothes with no problem. Really happy with this purchase.

We have tall ceilings. I am vertically challenged. We have a couple of "reachers," but they weren't long enough to reach some of our highest cabinets and shelves. This one does. My only complaint is that the first one I ordered never arrived, so I had to order a second one. So glad this one made it to our home. I also appreciate that it folds because it is large. Highly recommend.

Nice to uses

We use these to get to our hummingbird feeders. Which are mounted up high to keep the Bears from reaching them. Great for birdfeeders. Good gripper at end. Shaft is thin and somewhat weak, so its not going to be good for much over a few pounds.

I use this for gutter cleaning while standing on the roof. Extra long reach allows me to stay upright while pulling debris out of the gutters. Definitely makes the chore safer and quicker than bending over the edge of the roof to clean with a shorter extension grabber. Good quality, though very light weight.

I did some service work yesterday I picked up a bunch of trash in no time fast. Two trash bags full on a popular hiking trail local. It saved my back as I did deadlifts at the gym the day before and it got easily into all the hard to reach places and saved my hands from briars, poison oak, and god knows what else you could find in a bunch of trash that’s hard to reach in thick woods full of briars, vines and poison oak. It made a difficult task a breeze. Now I just hope they hold up over time!

Work good for vertical challenged people

My husband is 6’6” and this is a great grabber for him.
