Probably the coolest lock I've ever decided to purchase!
This lock is awesome! It has a bit of weight on it for what it is so for sure its very sturdy to go through a rough time outdoors. I'm not gonna worry about that at all! I just finished setting it up and just after doing so the keyless feature to unlock it is very much convenient as I thought. Don't need to worry about a key anymore. Looking into purchasing more later on! CHEERS!

This thing Locks!
Rain or shine, this outdoor padlock has been extremely reliable. It gives me great peace of mind knowing I can see exactly when and who opened it through the eGeeTouch app. My son is able to use the NFC tag to unlock the shed easily, which has been very convenient. It continued working properly even during heavy rain, with no issues at all. Setup was straightforward and simple, even for someone who isn’t very tech-savvy. I highly recommend this lock for anyone looking for strong security with monitored access!

Wanted to like this lock, but unreliable and failed in less than a year.
Worked somewhat well for about 8 months. Interface with app was clunky/buggy but usually functional. Some features simply never worked, like usage logs. Despite being rated for all weather and bot seeing any extreme conditions like freezing or major rain, the lock mechanism started to bind after a couple of months and continues to bind intermittently despite lubrication. Unfortunately, after 8 months, the battery suddenly died (no low battery indication when using up to that point- not sure that function actually worked). Battery will not charge. Continues to work normally when plugged in to power via charging cord, and shows appropriate lights for charging and full charge while connected, but immediately dead again when unplugged. Overall, seems pretty half-baked despite this being the 5th generation of this product. Advertised with one year warranty. Contacted company but have not received a response.

Easy to use for those that are not tech-savvy
It's my first time buying a smart lock. I needed a durable, keyless padlock for my Malaysia home, something that could withstand the hot and rainy weather and be shared with family members without any worry. The long shackle makes installation easy on the gate frame and the NFC tag is foolproof for those who aren’t tech-savvy. Even my grandparents are able to use the tag and open the lock.

Game Changer for Security and Tool Management
I just got the eGeeTouch 5th Gen Padlock Anti-Cut for my garden tools, and I really like it. It's tough and works well in bad weather, so you can use it outside. I no longer have to worry about keys because the app lets me control entry from my phone. The NFC tags make it easy to get to them, and if I lose them, I can cancel them. It's really helpful that the Bluetooth function lets me unlock it with my phone. I can also see who used it most recently, which helps me keep track of tools and make sure they don't get lost.

One works, one doesn't
I bought 2 of these locks. One worked great from the behind while the other worked but required a little more force to lock and unlock. No big deal really but only after using it for about 2 months it stopped latching. The lock is completely dead. The battery was near full but it has no power and will not charge. I emailed support and they never responded. I sent a message on their support website and they didn't respond. Out of 2 locks purchased one would get 5 stars and the other would get 0 stars. Customer service/support gets 0 stars. Update: They finally got back to me and sent me a new lock after I submitted video of the defective lock not working.

Will not purchase again
We purchased these for our community beach access, even purchased an annual contract with eGee company. We've had to replace the lock two to three times now, as they stopped functioning. We love the option for log auditing but unfortunately the records date/time were not accurate and did not record effectively. Great idea, not well designed/implemented. We've switched to the eLinkSmart Heavy Duty Smart Padlock.
