I got this for my son and he really enjoys it. He loves looking at different things up close and exploring with it, and it keeps him entertained for a long time. The recording feature is a fun bonus—he even makes little video clips with it. The video quality isn’t the clearest, but he still enjoys using it and experimenting with the different features. In terms of appearance, it looks kid-friendly and compact, with a simple design that makes it easy for children to understand and use without confusion. It’s lightweight and easy to hold. In terms of durability, it feels okay for light use. It’s fine for kids as long as it’s handled with care, but it may not hold up well to drops or rough handling. The brightness is decent and helps when viewing objects up close, but in lower light conditions it can be a bit limited, so it works best in a well-lit room or near a light source. It’s lightweight, portable, and easy for kids to handle, which makes it convenient for learning and play. The screen is small but good enough for quick viewing without needing extra devices. In terms of versatility, it’s great because it can be used for both exploring and recording, even if the camera quality isn’t perfect. Overall, it’s a fun educational gadget that encourages curiosity and hands-on learning, especially for kids who like exploring and experimenting.

Got this for my husband as a birthday gift. SO cool! I didn’t expect too much due to the small size and low price but I was pleasantly surprised; The image quality and magnification are incredible. I tested it out on a peach prior to giving it to him; I had noticed a few miniscule white dots around a bit that was starting to spoil— lo and behold, tiny creatures!!! I am blown away at how much it magnifies. The directions it comes with are simple but pretty explanatory, we were able to figure out most if the buttons without needed the directions. My only true complaints are, fresh out of the box, the carrying case has a very strong plastic-y odor, but I’m sure that will fade with time. Additionally, it can be kind of hard to zero in on a single tiny subject, as the zoom is so close and precise and there is no marker or anything to show exactly where the camera is aimed. Overall though, this is a super cool gift for both big kids and adults alike! I’m very impressed.

Are you kidding me?! A portable microscope. Owning a microscope has always been a dream of mine but they were so big and didn't work well when I was a kid. I have a very cuirous seven year old so I made a brave gamble and bought this for her birthday gift. She has loved it! She runs outside with it often. It's so easy to use. She can zoom in and out and get it to focus. It's truly incredible and impressive what technology can do these days. I highly recommend this item for curious children or adults.

I LOVE this thing! Purchased for homeschooling and don't regret it. It's not able to magnify like a true microscope, but it magnifies the slides it comes with just fine and you can look at plenty of other things up close, such as fibers. The magnification is adjustable. Instructions aren't super clear, but if you play with it enough you're able to figure out how to operate it.

Love it easy to use

I gifted this microscope to my 10- year old grandson and not only is he having a great time exploring with it, but so is the entire family. Fun and learning about science and the world at a closer look . . . all at the same time. Great gift!!!

Love, love, love this microscope! Purchased for my science loving boy for his 8th bday. It was a hit! 8 years old to 40 year olds loved this thing. Everyone was asking for a turn. The zoom on this is crazy!! Easy to use. Small to take everywhere! Very educational for all stages of life. The product seems to be of great quality. Greatly priced. Would recommend!

This gadget works very well as a microscope - perhaps not quite as well as the professional level microscopes I've used in the past but very well given the price and durability. One thing that's not mentioned in the manual is that the bottom plastic plate is intended to hold microscope slides. That plate comes off and when it does you're no longer limited to just slides - you can put any smallish object in there. They didn't mention that in the manual but should have.

Very nice, the kids love it

I looked at lots of microscope options for my 9 year old grandson before selecting this one. It’s portable so he can study nature close up, is easy to operate and has the big advantage of being able to take both pictures and videos to upload. I think it is good value for a mid level microscope

The price and the quality of the magnifier is a huge suprise for me: cheap and very nice tool. For kids (and for adults :D) ideal to learn.

J’ai acheté plusieurs de ces microscopes comme cadeaux pour des enfants de mon entourage, notamment pour mon neveu, et ils ont eu énormément de succès. Mon neveu l’utilise constamment. Il observe des feuilles, des fleurs, des insectes, des pierres… tout devient intéressant à explorer. C’est rapidement devenu l’un de ses jouets préférés. Ce que j’apprécie particulièrement, c’est qu’il réussit à combiner la technologie avec la découverte de la nature. Aujourd’hui, il est souvent difficile de capter l’attention des enfants sans écran. Ici, l’écran devient justement un outil qui les encourage à sortir, à observer leur environnement et à se poser des questions. L’appareil est simple à utiliser, l’écran rend l’observation beaucoup plus attrayante pour les enfants et l’expérience est très ludique. Ils apprennent tout en s’amusant, sans même s’en rendre compte. Pour moi, c’est un excellent cadeau pour éveiller la curiosité scientifique des enfants et leur donner envie d’explorer le monde qui les entoure. Je le rachèterais sans hésiter.
