I'm Glad I Was Your Teacher Paperback – May 13, 2024

This is the cutest end of the year story to read. I feel like this could be read to many different age groups. Adorable illustrations!

I bought this book to use for the last day of school read aloud for my class of PreK students. They all loved the book! A lot of end of the school year books are written for older elementary school kids (2nd graders etc.). This one nice that it's short and sweet and easy to understand for PreK and Kindergarten students. It's actually written for Kindergarten students but I changed some of the lessons mentioned to work for PreK students and they loved it! The pictures are so beautiful! I've never seen such cute and pretty pictures! The kids couldn't stop complimenting the pretty pictures! Great job to both the author and the artist on making such a great book! I look forward to reading this book every year on the last day of school!

Kids loved it! I personalized it using markers to match my daughter’s hair ( the teacher) with markers and her signature pink heart bracelet and necklace. The kids recognized her and loved it. Good up to 1st grade. After that, they become too big for this book.

This felt like the perfect book to read after sharing two wonderful years with my students. It was the perfect way to end our two years together. I got to share how glad I was to be their teacher and students loved the illustrations and the content. The last line was heartbreakingly true and I started crying reading it to them. Perfect book to sum up feeling at the end of a school year.

This is such a sweet book to read to your class at the end of the year! It’s a perfect way to show your students how proud you are of them and the family community you have made together during the school year. Your students will love the cute and colorful illustrations.

I LOVED reading this book to my kindergartners. The artwork and colors are perfect! I even shed a little tear reading it. 10/10 recommend reading at the end of a school year!

Was so excited to get my copy of this book after following Brianna for years. It’s the perfect read aloud to end the school year acknowledging the bittersweet end of year feelings! I’m so excited to read this with my class and save it for years to come. The message, words, and illustrations are just perfect! My firsties are gonna love it!
