Win10??

Ordered 2 machines and they both came with Windows 10 Pro not 11 and had loose screws on the bottom of the case as if the internals had been messed with. Both machines were severely out of date for even Windows 10 updates. These machines are supposedly only 14 months old keep in mind. The chassis are very clean and brand new.
