I bought these capsules for my Bestpresso maker and the capsules don’t fit. They are the same brand so why don’t the capsules fit?

These are "k-fee" cups. I have a Starbucks Varisimo, and they fit perfectly. I must say there are different size K-cups. It's somewhat confusing. Type in your specific brand and ask Amazon to help. I bought a reusable filter from Amazon to help me use my boo-boos.

Will they work in a nespresso machine?

These ones are sized for a Starbucks machine.
