The product itself is fine, good construction, actual memory foam and the removable cover is convenient. Arrived with a funny smell so nice ti be able to wash it.Wish it came with a satin covering as it creates knots and tangles in my curly hair by the base of my skull.Using it is not that comfortable as I am hyper mobile and do not have a particularly muscular neck, I suspect the folks that say it is “too hard” have a similar body. It starts to cut off blood circulation in my skin, which I remedied by putting the edge of a small pillow under my head so that it supports a little bit of the weight of my head, then the neck roll feels better.I wish this product was a little customizable, if I could take just a little bit of the stuffing out along the whole length it would probably be perfect for me.

I never review things immediately but I am going to do it this time. I will update later. I have osteoporosis and a herniated disc in my neck. I can't use a regular pillows because it pushes my head forward and hurts quite a bit and makes the discs worse. I needed support for my neck so that it would be in a neutral position while I sleep. I was using nothing and that worked for a while but it has started causing problems not having support. This pillow was soft enough that it didn't hurt the discs and firm enough to support the discs in my neck without harm. It is just wide enough to work well if I turn over during the night. I put all of this this in so that if your having the same issue, you will have something similar to refer to. It was also a good price and arrived in about a week.

I bought this for under my neck when lying down to do yoga poses and meditation. It’s perfect. It’s soft and comfy yet has enough density that it doesn’t squish down too much.Don’t let it fool you when you take it out of the package as it comes folded up. Take it out of the package and place the cover on it, which is easy to do and then squish it around and it plumps up.

The media could not be loaded. So comfy. I have a straightened cervical spine from genetic defects and everything normally is too softer too hard. I decided to try this on a black Friday special and I’m glad I did. I put it inside my pillow to keep it for rolling around. It doesn’t have any clips on the side to clip it into place for some people that need it like that. But I find those pillows to be a little too firm because they’re only meant to hold the head straight up or in place this is perfect for sleeping. Hopefully this will continue if not I will wait my review. So far so good but just one day so far.
