Worked perfectly with a simple changeout. Fit was perfect. Easy to install. Added greatly to the security of the door by getting the broken bottom pin out of there. Very happy with the quality. Price was reasonable.

I was looking for a flush bolt to replace ours for a set of Pella front doors. This 7 inch mortise flush bolt appears to be rather standard and fits several brands. It fit ours snugly and worked perfectly. It is surprisingly well constructed. Felt heavy and it’s quality was as good as the original The screws hole are approximately 4 1/2” center to center. I couldn’t find this information on their website. The only negative. The screws will strip on you very easily. They’re of poor quality. Recommend using a hand screwdriver versus trying to use your cordless. Otherwise, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and fit.

Direct replacement for the old brass ones in our door. 1 star off because one of the packages had all the same size screws, not the 2 short, 2 long. Time will tell if these will hold up. I'm a bit concerned about rust on the lower one. We'll see. I went ahead and ordered another set for the back door now.

These locks were perfect fit. Easy to install! The locks that I replaced were more than 20 years old. Was surprised that they still existed. Very satisfied!
