Perfect for the kids desks.
These are perfect for the kids study/art area. They each love their own desks. The space is smaller so I wouldn’t feel like it would be good for an adult workspace but definitely go minimal use or for kids. Putting them together was relatively easy. It felt like building ikea furniture. If you have never put something together, I wouldn’t say try alone because you may be discouraged but if you have, you’ll get the instructions.

It didn’t get so the screws in the box but it’s a nice size and looks good
Other than the missing screws and being unable to install it in the wall. It’s nice.

I do not recommend this unit
Poor construction. Cannot hold much of a load. Possibly the worst instructions I've ever seen. And that's not based on translation, but actual common sense, logic, and the graphics themselves. Simply terrible. This is not a desk I would hang on a wall and trust to use. It will break apart and drop the laptop someday in my opinion based on the laws of construction.

Best of Breed but Diagram Omits Details and has Subpar Sequencing
The item itself other than being made of less than ideal MDF material, is very well designed and thought out. It is super compact, comes with a light and even has a small bulletin board. The design itself is a solid 5 but the instructions are a 3 at best. Here are my recommended assembly tips: 1) In page 8-4, before assembling all the boards together, attach all hardware to the individual boards because there is no clearance restriction. If you follos the dirs, you may run into issues becsuse your screwdriver or cordless drill l is too long to fit into the interior space. 2) Screw the support hangers into the desktop panel. The flat, oval plate attach to it. Also attach the desktop and board 6 together before assembling all boards together on page 8-4. I assembled and tightened ALL of the left side and then the right. Note. Board 4 the the 2 screw holes go at the top and the back facing the wall. Board 3 the cam holes also face toward the wall. 2) Panel 6 corner notch is for the cord and is oriented on the right. Before mounting desk to wall, make sure cord is strung through. Usb connector doesn't fit through the notch once mounted. 3) Attach the cabinet doors as the very last step AFTER the desk is mounted to the wall and After the lower screws for the bracket hanger assembly have been clipped into the wall brackets and have been tightened which will cinch it tightly to the wall. If you follow the instuctions, the cabinet doors are in the way. 3) Dirs instruct to stick 4 double-sided squares to the bar. I used only 2 one on each end with metal squares facing down and first attached to the embedded magnets in the light bar then pressed to the underside of the cabinet BEHIND the little L bracket stop that the desktop folds up to. 4) I'm sure I missed something because the dirs leave much to the imagination, so pay close attention to the holes and visualize how it all fits together and you will be fine. This is a really great product that has really clever/smart design for a small space ( light and cork board!), but assembly was a bit challenging because the diagrams don't show all of the holes needed for proper orientation. In short, they basically suck. Still, I highly recommend this desk because imo, its highly functional design is the best one to be found on Amazon. the hinges beforehand

Easy to put together; difficult to hang.
This wall desk fits really well where I need it. I had no trouble putting it together. There were issues with hanging it. I used the provided guide for where to predrill holes for the brackets that the desk will hang on. I discovered that the paper guide was 2 inches off. The holes in the back are exactly the size of the brackets. There is no wiggle room for error. After drilling several holes, I was able to get the bracket placement correct. The directions say to put the upper doors on, just before hanging the desk. I would suggest to wait until you have it hung up before installing the doors. You will be able see what you are doing through the holes cut out in the back panel. I had to fiddle with the adjusting screws for the hanging hooks so they were far enough out to catch the brackets. That would have been much easier to do, if the upper doors weren't in the way. The hanging assembly is kind of like a French cleat, but not an effective one. Since previous reviews said that the bracket placement wasn't 16 inches apart (so you could use wall studs to anchor the brackets), I put in two parallel 1x2s that were anchored to the studs, then put the brackets on the upper 1x2. I attached 3/4 inch L brackets on the bottom shelf and the sides at the support boards, so there is additional support for the desk. There was some discoloration on one of the upper doors. I will be seeing if some touch up paint will help. The directions also place the desk a little too high on the wall, so I ordered a 24 inch tall foldable stool. I now have a way to plug in my computer and hide the cord, since the support boards created a space behind the desk for the cord to go through.
