What an awesome little scooter!! My order was placed on March 20th and arrived on the 27th, 4 days earlier than projected!! Super easy to assemble out of the box with just 4 screws to attach the handlebars. Excellent for inner city commutes with a top speed of 18 mph in highest speed setting. Keep in mind that cruise control will drain your battery if used on trips over 2 miles, and so will prolonged driving at the top speed. Pay attention to inclines as well. The manufacturer recommends bringing the charger on every trip and I recommend you heed this advice. With in days I found a construction staple in my rear tire and reached out to customer service whom replied very quickly to my concerns. It was soon brought to my attention that they had already included a spare inner tube in the shipping packaging and a link on their website pointed me to a video that got me back on the road!! Definite recommend!*HELMET NOT INCLUDED*

I would like to thank the IScooter support team for all their support and patients. They answered all questions promptly and provided feedback (verbal/video) on how to disassemble/reassemble the scooter with ease. After weeks of collaboration it was determined the scooter wasn't fixable and the support team replaced the unit. I was impressed with their staff (Linda, in particular!) because they didn't give me the run around and seemed genuinely concerned unlike so many other support desks. Again, thanks for the great support and I would recommend this product!!

this is a fantastic scooter - my kids love theirs, and have put plenty of miles on it. My son did have an accident w/ his, causing the handle bar assembly to become unrepairable. Annie and the iScooter team were extremely helpful, and also were certain to ask if our son was alright. After a couple of back and forth messages, it was determined that a new scooter needed to be sent. New Scooter arrived and we are back up and running...extremely pleased w/ this purchase and Annie and the customer service team are fantastic.

This was a gift for our daughter. In all honesty, I think I ordered the wrong scooter after hours of researching on Amazon. I must’ve misread the description on the tires. This one has tubes in the tires and I wanted one with full rubber tires. The last one she had was an Alloweek. It was a great scooter but after a couple months it started throwing a code E7. So, I wanted to order her a different brand. We just had this one delivered today. I’ve put it all together and set the speed for S. Which is its top running speed at 19mph. Not as fast as the Alloweek but, it will do. She’s taken it a few trips up the street and back and it seems to be okay.. Definitely good for the price if it holds up. Time will tell….

I have nothing bad to say about this product at all. Im 220 lbs and it gets up to 18 mph. I think 18 is the top speed because my 12 year old daughter maxes out. I love the pneumatic tires. Havent had any issues with it yet, we barely have to charge it.

Fun to ride. Great customer service. Back tire went flat and couldn't fix it. They sent me a new one only a few days later for free. Kids are very happy and ride them all the time.

Ooommmgggg!!! I bought this for my grandson and oh my God it is the best thing I’ve purchased for him so far his friend had one that I don’t know where he bought it from but he paid $400 for it and it doesn’t go as fast as his it’s not as nice as his and it looks really old but anyways, yeah thank you. Amazon

This purchase was great at first but we dealt with challenges. 1. The tire flat replacement is difficult to do and not user-friendly to repair. It created challenges and the screws are weak items. 2. In repairing the tire the main cable wire that runs down to the tire is susceptible to bending and becoming weak, causing the cables to bend and break. I requested warranty repair and followed the directions to submit a claim for replacement and repair but have yet to receive further directions from the company. So disappointed with this. We bought this item for our son in college out of state and he was so frustrating for him. We ended up purchasing a different scooter with hard wheels that do not pop and have had issues with that one as well. This item has easy foldability and is light. I enjoyed the power and battery life of this product but the hassle to repair it and not receiving any feedback from the company about the warranty claim I filed is disappointing.Review Posting Update- The Company reached out and helped me with the repairs/replacement of my Iscooter. The replacement was great and it working well. Thank you for the follow up and support provided.
