Works well for me
This is my second belt. I wore the first one out. I like the fit. It’s big enough to carry my phone, keys, license, knife, gel pack, and small soft flask; all without bouncing.

Low profile and Fits well
Got this for running. Going light was my main concern. Fits well, I can put an 8oz or 250ml soft flask in The back or two if I wanted and several gels in the front and still have room for more. It sat over my waist band of my shorts and stayed there. I have a 27 inch waist and the XS size fits well. Satisfied with purchase.I have not tried this with poles.

Bought it for the spouse. Overall good quality. Nice pockets.

Watch out for chafing
Causes serious chafing when worn over 1 hour. I keep my phone (S23 so not huge) in the open pocket, on my back.The seam under the open pocket has already started opening up.I recommend adding a couple of small, non-zipped pockets for gela.Not a bad product but for Salomon and this price point, it should be better.
