I have had no problem with water leaking from my fridge since I installed this.

I got a bar fridge and was concerned that it could damage my hardwood floor if condensation dripped on the floor.This was thinner than expected, but strong with a nice lip. It worked perfectly.

It does what I wanted it to do, which was to reduce any fire hazard by separating my mini freezer from the carpet. But due to silicone's natural non-slip qualities, it was a little difficult to move my freezer to the center of the mat. Also, the lip that prevents water from running off the mat interfered with my ability to open and close the mini freezer. I had to find something to put under the front of my freezer, to elevate it, so that the bottom of the door was higher than the top of the lip of the mat. Now that I have it set up, the mat is great. The reason I only gave it 4 stars is because of the hassle it took to situate it so that I could still use my freezer.
