I’ve ordered this before so this time I had to get this bigger bag. At my age now of almost 60 I always take a soak in this before I start my day or when I want to slow down before bed 🛌This helps me for years. Don’t sleep on Epsom Salt it does the body good 👍🏾

Doesn`t really need any other words for what it is. I use it regularly as part of my health self care. Have learned other uses for magnesium, as well, like in the garden for one of them. Haven`t done that yet, but will if I remember to.

Thought I was getting way too much after my husband’s broken his ankle; but I have been putting it in shower and it helps clean and soak my feet after gardening. Much better than smaller bags.

I’d been using 2 like 1/4 of cups thinking I was using the proper amount on a different bag that came with a scoop. After reading the instructions on this bag it litterally means 2 measuring cups! I have a big tub and am super tall so it makes all the difference to use the proper amount. The small bags are a waste of money when you use thatttyt much product. I do a bath every week or so.Truly one of the only tools at hand to aid in relaxing my muscles. I have hEDS and get wicked muscle spasms that just stay clenched all day sometimes. This was the only thing to get me out of a flare one day when I litterally couldn’t walk because my hamstring spasms were so bad. Now i religiously rely on this to relax my muscles. I’ve tried so many prescribed muscle relaxers and nothing touched these spasms. I also started taking magnesium oxide and that helped them by like 70% it’s crazy! I don’t put any fragrances especially not essential oils since I have MCAS and am very sensitive skin. I also have POTS so soaking in salt makes me feel revived after. Gosh I wish I lived by the ocean so I could just soak in the sea salt. For those of us in the Midwest this is the closest thing we’ve got!

An excellent way to relax and relieve minor aches and pains while moisturizing your body. Fabulous!
