I've been plagued by lower back pain. I tried using wedge pillows and stacking normal pillows with mixed success. We had this item unboxed and in place in minutes. Very easy to understand printed directions and worked perfectly right out of the box. I will update in the future if anything comes up but for now I must say the cost for the value of this item can't be beat.

I love my new adjustable base. It was really heavy as the whole base is one piece and you can't carry it in small parts. But once it's in place it made set up super easy. Unfold, screw in the legs and cut zip ties voila. The settings and ease of use are great especially the multilevel massage feature. Love it!

I bought this frame after watching tons of videos about people praising its functions and raving about the massage feature. Overall, the frame seems sturdy and it now comes completely pre-assembled - you just have to attach the legs. Forget the videos that show you how to put the frames together and hook up wires, it's all already done. On the one hand, this is great as there is not assembly. On the other hand, this means you have to lift the 150lb frame in one piece. Even with two people, that's 75 lbs each. If you bought this because you have back problems, prepare for some back pain. If I did it again, I'd pay for setup.The remote could be a bit more intuitive. There are unnecessary buttons - the read and the TV button do the exact same thing. Yet there is no button to turn the light off - you have to cycle through all the colors each time. The massage feature just vibrates the bed. No need to deposit a quarter. That's it. The videos claiming what an amazing feature it is had to be paid reviews. It's more of a gimmick and rather loud, even on the lowest setting. The frame supports app control through bluetooth, but only on one phone. There is no way to attach a headboard, but you can place this frame inside a bed that has a headboard.So, what's the difference between this frame and the cheap ones you find on here? I noticed that with the cheap frames people complain that there are large gaps in the inner structure, causing mattresses to sag. That's not the case here. The inside is mostly solid, which is why it's so heavy. It will support mattresses perfectly. Unlike most of the other frames, this one is not made in China. It's made in Taiwan. So, it's definitely not made in the same factory as the bargain bin frames. Lastly, the motors move smoothly and are nicely quiet. Overall, it feels like a quality product.

It was very easy to set up, just had to put the legs on and connect the wires. It is very heavy so have a couple of people to flip over. Motor is so quiet you can’t even hear it!

This adjustable frame is excellent. It's easy to assemble and You're able to adjust the height easily. It's very sturdy, I am a heavier person,and the frame is holding up very well. It will probably hold up for decades.

The functions are great. One recommendation I would make is that it needs side rails for the mattress to remain in place (similar concept to the foot of the frame when in incline position). The bands that came in the package are to keep the two frames together only; they don't keep the 2 mattresses together or even directly in place of the frame during sleep.
