great for 3, 4, 5 yr old. My grandson loves this because he loves dump trucks etc. I was worried at first the picture would be grainy but it is clear with nice bright colors. The only reason I gave it 4 and not 5 stars is the box- it would be nice if it came in a bigger box- putting them back in the box needs to be done on its side to get them all to fit.
