I like that this is stainless steel as it is one of the few metals I don't get an allergic reaction to so I am hoping the chain is made of the same material as the claim seems to be only made for the breathing tube.I haven't really tried this as a concentrated aid to both anxiety attacks or for an aide to stop smoking. What I will say is that by placing in between the lips with the "long end" uppermost and placing the tip of my tongue against it so partially restricting the airflow and then inhaling it does give a similar resistance to that of smoking a cigarette. Based on that I can see how this could be a useful tool for people in cessation of smoking - especially if the "hand to mouth" action is a particularly strong part of your habit.Looks pretty good and isn't immediately detectable as being anything more than jewellery. The chain is a reasonable length at approximately 21" so won't be too tight on my rather thick neck.Definitely be interested to see what benefits, if any, this gives me.

I found this didn’t really give you the same toke as a normal cigarette will. It’s just a bit of metal to suck with a hole in the bottom. Chain this too small too so I couldn’t wear around my neck
