Wrong Size
I ordered two of these, the dimensions in the description are not correct. It is smaller than listed.

Drain pipe broke off
Spent hours fixing the broke off drain pipe. Had to use JB Weld to get it to work and not leak.

Measurements are definitely wrong!!
This pan is almost square just over 15 in by less than 16 in The 17 in can only be met if you include the spout that drains which of course you can't fit the AC in so the measurements are not accurate. I sent it back ordered a different one only to find out the exact same thing... Is accuracy too much to ask for? Apparently

Slightly bent upon arrival
The pan received minor damage during shipping but otherwise is functional.

Nope.
This arrived mangled even though the box was in perfect condition. How does that happen? The dimensions are roughly 16" x 16", not the dimensions they list in the description. It is made of very thin metal. There are razor sharp edges all over the place, especially in the poorly finished corners. I'm going to try to make this work but I do not recommend the product at all.
