Says pure Shilajit and other ingredients - "none" but it's almost just pure honey or molasses! I'm reporting this company! It's putting diabetics in danger! Should've known because it's only $10! Don't buy this, you'll be doing worse than just wasting your money! You'll waste time and health!

This is cut with honey, so tastes good yet potency is minimal and not pure Shilajitcould barely feel any effects like I do with other brands

My husband and I are new to this supplement but are liking it. This brand is not quite as sticky as others which helps us to get more of it into our coffee. It mixes in quite well and does not leave as much remnants as some other brands. The taste does not seem to affect the taste of our coffee. This is easy to use and has not bothered either of our stomachs. We are pleased with this product.

The media could not be loaded. This is the mineral supplement that I use on a daily basis. The 85 trace minerals help to provide my body with nutrients I don’t get from my diet. I’m 53 years old and just beginning to understand the benefits of the nutrients that I need. This shilajit resin came in a nice jar with a metal lid which is appreciated because it doesn't get stuck on as easily. It also has a safety seal on the jar which is reassuring. It is not as thick as some of the shilajit resin I have tried so it's easy to dissolve in my coffee. But I didn't seem to get the boost in energy I usually get from shilajit, so it's not my personal favorite having tried a few but I did appreciate not having to fight with a stuck lid.

This is far too Sweet to be Shilajit and dissolves too rapidly I will stick with the tried and true Himalayan from now own

This is a nice Shilajit resin, especially for the price point and quantity received. With this, this particular Shilajit resin is a bit thicker in consistency, which I personally really like. Some resins can thick as mud, while others are extremely runny. This consistency is right in the middle, and it's hard to find. That being said, I am impressed with not only the price point but the quality as well.This shilajit resin is packed with over 85 vitamins, minerals and micronutrients.
