Pricey but it helps with your skin and hair
It is a bit on the expensive side when compare to other shower head. The installation is straight forward, fit perfectly with the hose. The material used for this shower head is plastic, the colour is nice and stylish, just the texture was not as sturdy as I thought.Regarding the functionality, it really soften the water and reduce the allergic effect on my skin caused by hard water.

Easy to install and changes in skin condition
I suffer from dermatitis when moving to the UK and tried so many methods to fix my skin but this has been a real game changer! My skin hasn't reacted so much ever since. Easy to install, it looks good in the bathroom. Just wish it was a bit lighter has different nozzle settings but a girl can wish :))) If they have a version for the sink that would be amazing, so I don't have to wash my face in the shower anymore!P/S: I bought it on offer and it was £10 cheaper, otherwise wouldn't be able to afford this.., But better than spending on face creams!

Waste of money or just faulty?
Waste of money, terrible quality. Not sure if I was unlucky and received a faulty one but judging by other reviews this might not be the case. Leaked everywhere in centre of shower head, couldn’t even turn the water supply up as a result so had a dribble. Really disappointed as I’d been wanting one of these for ages.

Not working
Have hard water peoblem so both this showered head. Tested water hardenes after installing shower head and its still same. In general head is OK but filtration does nothing.

Don’t buy unless unfathomably rich.
This shower head adheres to the pricing model shown by printers - make the unit affordable and the filters expensive. £20 for a filter every 4 months.Made our water flow feel like a heavy mist - if that’s what you’re after go for it. Have since swapped out for a standard issue shower head offering no filtering, but it’s nice to have strong water flow back.

It works
Easy to refill. I knew I needed to refill because I started to feel the water hard again. This filter helps a lot with my skin, decreased a lot my rosacea flare ups that happened after my showers.
