This was awesome to travel with, great for kids. Easy to use.

I bought the Katamino Pocket - Travel size to have something to do on my down time besides play on the phone or computer. This is a perfect mind developing game that you can play on your own or share with the kids :-). I really couldn't ask for anything more it was exactly what I thought it would be. The whole game itself is very sturdy. Its a very challenging game there are so many different variations of puzzles that you can solve. Great way to pass the time.

The media could not be loaded.  This game is fun and makes you think. I love packing puzzles, and I love how you add more pieces as you go to a bigger board.The problem is I can’t get the lid on the game to close securely. If I were to put this in a bag and take it with me, the lid would pop right open and spill the pieces everywhere. No matter how hard I push, the lid doesn’t seal or click into place.

Saw Kataminos in a store the other day and wanted to get the full size but the price put me off! This smaller version gets the job done for on-the-go brain teasers, although I wouldn't recommend playing on anything but a stable surface since there are a lot of small pieces. The Kataminos are small but the plastic is hardy. The pieces are stored in the top compartment (where you play the game), so the drawer holds two thin pamphlets that show you the storing configuration as well as game instructions. The drawer for the instructions could be smaller to reduce the height of the box, but I personally don't mind since I keep these Kataminos in my desk.

We got this for my eight year old. She was always wanting to play games but didn't have anyone to play with most of the time. So she was craving an individual game. This one has been really good. The game is well made and very nice quality. It come with its own case that keeps everything contained. The game containment is a huge plus for me! This game reminds me a bit like Tetris because of the shapes and colors of the tiles. We have had this game for almost a year now and my daughter still pulls it out to play every so often. She hasn't gotten sick of it yet.

This is a real challenge and fun but you better take a picture before dumping it out. There may be more than one way to work it but a family of six has never discovered it. Good luck!

I had bought my wife the original Katamino and she quickly fell in love with it. We travel in the car a lot and she wanted the portability of the game. This solved it perfect. Bottom tray for the non used pieces and top closing lid for traveling. Great design and perfect for the road.

Great! We liked it! Kids like to play with it. 4,5- 8 year olds like to solve easy ones.
