Great seal
The mug has a perfect seal, so no spillage. It stays warm for several hours; with the handle it is easy to carry around. The sippy area is easy to open when needed. I particularly like the color so I don't lose it.

Great cup!
This cup keeps ice all day long, being made with stainless steel means that it will last for ever and will clean up easily. Never worry about tasting anything weird. Get refills at you favorite convenience store and save money.Now that I hit all of the suggested ideas, I just want to say that Yeti really does make a fantastic product. I've had one for several years with no issues. Just get an extra lid so you can take it a part and clean it well. You'll be very happy with the cup if you decide to purchase it.

Twice I've had problems with lid breakage
The mug, itself, is perfectly fine but the magnetic black part on the lid which opens and closes access to the drink tend to fall apart if you slightly drop the lid in the sink, etc. It's a problem bc I am very satisfied with the shape and amount of "drink access" (for my hot coffee). I have many stainless steel mugs of all sizes and sometimes the lids make it hard to literally drink out of them. These drinking openings are very good. No dripping, trying to adjust them, etc. I'm having a hard time explaining it but I suppose you get my point. Would have been a 5.

Freezer in a cup.
This thing is like a portable freezer. you can't put a slushie from sonic in it. it will freeze and then you can't drink it.This cup is unreal!!! if you're a tea drinker. you will love it. start the day with your ice and drink and keep adding your drink all day. you will not need any more ice for the day, and you will still have ice the next morning. it is kind heavy. it's made like a Tank. i think it may be indestructible. Should last a Life time.
