Initially taste is creamy. No pop. Very bitter aftertaste. Previous caviar experience has never disappointed. This did. Not recommended and won’t purchase again.

Not bad, yet extremely small grain, bitter-ish aftertaste. Overall feels like money waste compared to artificial and lumpfish. But thank you for helping me chase away a childhood ghost that was haunting me for decades.
