Apple MacBook Pro 15in Laptop Intel Quad Core i7 2.7GHz (ME665LL/A) Retina Display, 16GB Memory, 512GB Solid State Drive, (Renewed)

I was originally quite hesitant to purchase a refurbished MacBook Pro online. But with Amazon’s 90 days warranty and DoubleDay’s 30-day free replacement guarantee and affordable price tag, I figured I have very little to risk. Upon receipt of device which was delivered promptly and packaged really well, I was pleasantly surprised that its physical condition is nearly new and that any distinguishable blemish are microscopic in nature. The true test, of course, is will it perform like a brand new new MacBook Pro with 2.7 ghz, quad i7 processor, 16 GB memory, 512 GB SSD and 15” Retina display? I am happy to report that it’s blazing fast, no hiccups and runs like a champ. I even waited a while to write this review so I can use the device thoroughly with my daily tasks and even try to run down its battery just to make sure the battery charge will hold...... and it did with a lot a charge to spare. The device came with a brand new power unit and I’m almost certain that the battery was replaced with a new one. Bravo to DoubleDex and Amazon..... I am Amazed!

This is my 2nd try with their 15" Mac Book Pro as the first order they sent was not in any condition as the rubber cushion seal around the screen was peeling apart with many sections missing.UPDATE 2 WEEKS LATER: They were able to refund my 1st order. After that I decided to give them another chance and I love my 2nd order! Looks "Like New" and is working great! The company even provided my new laptop a thin layer protection around the screen and exterior! Thank you!

Bought my refurbished MacBook Pro from these guys last March. Very happy with product. Only issue so far is my screen occasionally scrambles for a few seconds - especially when I open laptop after putting it to sleep. It always bounces right back to the normal desktop screen and doesn't seem to have any effect on performance... just a weird occasional glitch.The only other little thing was that the Mac I received was a 2015 model. When I ordered I thought I was going to be receiving a slightly newer model. Maybe it was my oversight for not reading the fine print, but I didn't find it very obvious that my computer was going to be a refurbished model that was 4 years old at that point. Regardless, I'm still quite happy with the performance and have had no issues thus far. I recommend purchasing from this company, but I would just confirm the exact year and make of the Mac before you order so there are no surprises.

I bought this product because it was advertised as "New":. The computer is not working; product broke down after 90 days. I could not contact the borrower because it is out of the return window. OK no problem; I called Apple because I figure that I have a year warranty. I gave Apple the serial number and they told me the computer is out of warranty because the computer is from 2013. I am totally shocked how can they advertise a computer from 2013 as "New". I bought the computer in December 2019.

Unit in good condition as advertised, battery doesn't hold a charge though. Contacted seller but they said they no longer do repairs, did offer refund. Good customer service, product was not so good.

I was worried about buying a used laptop but since my 15 inch from 2011 died again and it had the same logic board problem I wasn’t about to spend another 500.00 fixing it! I hesitantly ordered this only cause i knew I could return it on Amazon. It came packed super well. There are no blemishes, scratches or anything. LOOKS LIKE IT’S RIGHT OUT OF A BRAND NEW BOX. I’m not saying you’ll have a perfect machine but try these guys... I LOVE THIS 15IN RETINA DISPLAY.... AT A GREAT PRICE TOO!!!

Had to replace a 17 inch MacBook due to battery issues. bought this refurbished. Arrived quickly. Appears flawless except for a weird, worm-squiggle looking thing that I notice with white backgrounds (ironically mostly on amazon). It is quick, easy to use and just beautiful. Good seller- I know that’s a little beside the point here.....anyway, had it for about 2 months and very happy with it.

This computer was ordered for me by my work. Over all the computer came in great shape. However my biggest disappointment is that the batter that came with this so called fully refurbished MacBook is in terrible shape and already is telling me "It needs to be serviced" after a little over 2 months of having in. I cannot use this computer without it being pulled in at all times. This computer was also delivered to me with a HDMI plug in that does not work. I didn't realize it until after my 30 days return period when I finally needed to use this.It is unfortunate that they claim to have these computers fully refurbished but I am now having to take it to the Apple Store to get these issues fixed. I would suggest to any buyers that you fully check everything out within your 30 day return period so you know you got a fully running system without any issues.
