customer support is good, my watch stop working. i claimed warranty they replaced with new one. i satisfied with customer support . battery timing need to improve

It looks amazing, but unfortunately after 2 weeks it stopped working.. turns off and never ons again. Wanted to return but return policy is closed already, hopefully seller will send me replacement.

Attractive design and good quality and functions. We can pair this with any outfit it is really classy, also health monitor functions are good, we can find our phone and reminders to drink water can be set, I was amazed to understand that it act as a speaker for our call once we link it with our phone . Over all nice II’m satisfied. Perfect gift piece as well!

Over all the smart watch was good except after 1 month the watch turn off and never turn on again even how long we tried to charge but no luck. No one came back o me for what need to be done. I don't recommend this smart watch, don't waste your money as warranty only 15 days.Update: The company changed and sent replacement for the faulty smart watch,,.. Thank you.

The watch hasn't counted my steps for the last 2 days. It connects to my phone when I get a call, even though I've changed that in the settings. I liked the watch up until a few days ago, it's very comfortable and looks nice, but now I'm disappointed.

Not as I expected it to be, the battery is not long lasting at all after full charge, it looks fine outside but inside is nothing.
