Good if you’re up for a challenge
It comes with a good amount of tiles. I prefer the texture of the banangram tiles, but the company rep said these tiles are designed to be easier for children’s fine motor skills. The other reason I counted off on my rating is because it was more difficult than I intended and the instructions don’t specify rules for how to proceed when your tiles don’t make an equation. I had to modify (allow a calculator, provide for how to exchange tiles for new, counting who had the most sums to determine a winner because there’s too many tiles to use them all). If you personalize it to your players’ ability level, it is a good resource.

Lots of game options
I bought this for my 7 and 9 yr old children to help them solidify their math facts. They love it but we play the game a bit modified to keep it going and them interested. You can find multiple games using number tiles through Pinterest so this can be used in many more ways than just the instructions that come with the game. It's nice quality, just wish the storage bag was bigger because the tiles just fit so that can be tricky pick up for younger kids.

Love It!
Our family loves games, and we love math. This is a perfect game. We all play (both parents, 10 year old son, and 8 year old daughter). Our 8 year old daughter has won every time! It is open ended enough that you can make up your own rules, or create new games. The tiles have great feel to them, and it is a well made, good quality game. It holds everyone's attention, and we love games that all four of us can play, be challenged and enjoy.

Good practice for Math!
It is very useful to practice 4-operations for children. For now, we only use addition amd subtraction because my daughter know them as well. As soon as she learns multiplication and division, we will add those operations and will ne practicing them too

Pretty cool
We bought these for our scholars to use in our after school program after they’ve competed homework. Very cool & small enough to fit on our classroom carts.

Challenging, but fun game!
Arrived as described. Nice bag/quality of the tiles. Challenging, but fun game for "math people" ;)

Doesn't work well
I got this as we love Bananagrams but this does not compare. It is almost impossible to finish a game due to the lmitations of calculations you can do with only a few equals signs. We ended up doing huge long calculations then just multiplying by zero to get rid of a load of numbers. Not really how the game is supposed to be played and definitely not fun.

It's not as much fun as Bananagrams (the original word version of this game) ...
It's not as much fun as Bananagrams (the original word version of this game) because if you haven't got enough blue tiles, then you're stuck. For example, if I have 1+2=3, I can still use my equals sign for a sum at 90 degrees, but if all the other tiles I pick up are + and - for example, then I can't complete any more sums. Maybe I've misunderstood something, but if not, then this is a disappointing limitation.

Great educational game
Bought this for me 3yo granddaughter. She loves it , can see it becoming a great game as she gets older and help her learn her numbers at the same time. Loads of tiles in the bag. Definately recommend.

Tough fun
More educational than fun and very much more challenging than Bananagrams. Not managed to finish a game yet. Players include three 70+ graduates two of which are retired teachers! We will persevere. Not an easy game to learn to play but good for the grey cells. We will try it on the grandchildren.

A disappointing game
Bought this as a present for someone who prefers number games to letters and thought it would be ‘bananas’ with numbers. It is potentially a good idea but there are one or two stages missing to make this an exciting game. The fact that you need an equals sign for every sum you make but they aren’t any more frequent than other tiles. Numbers are not so easy to use up and down once in a sum and one or two other frustrations. Very disappointed because it lacked extensive search and development before its launch.

A Great Game
I bought this game for my grandson's Christmas present as he loves doing maths sums, his mum says he does better when he is challenged with harder ones. So I was very pleased to hear that he really loves Sum Fun as it's helping him at school also. I highly recommend it for everyone, but especially for children as it's not just educational but enjoyable too.

Good quality game and puts some fun in maths
A good quality game,. game play is similar to bananagrams and you can make a competition out of it, but to be honest my 6 and 8 year tip out the bag and make sums together. We've used it for homework as well and kids happy to use it that way. Do think price is a little hefty which is why its only 4 stars.

Looks interesting!
This was bought as a family gift. It looks like a very good game for various ages who could play it together. I have not yet had any reports back from the recipients.

A great toy for your little ones who enjoy numbers
A great toy for your little ones who enjoy numbers! I bought this as a stocking filler for my almost 5 year old niece for Christmas and all 3 kids (7, almost 5 and 6 years old) got stuck in with the 6 year old trying to 'teach' the younger one. Simple concept but great time filler

Fantastic game
This is a great game! No complicated rules or ages spent setting up boards or equipment. I used it first as part of a interview when I was asked to take in a maths game to play with Year 3. Didn't get the job but had a brilliant time playing!!!!

So pleased I found this game
Bought this for my 6 and 11 year old son. Can't recommend it highly enough, brilliant! It's the maths equivalent of bananagrams, we love it!

Great for children
I have used these in my maths lesson already. They are great and good for my class to practice their mental maths. The only thing I don't like is how in the instructions you use the word 'sum' for multiplication, division, addition and subtraction when actually the word 'sum' is just for addition. Just wondered if this can be changed so children are not taught wrong as it does cause problems in maths lessons.
