Great for getting dough balls out of dough trays, very flexible

Pizza maker heaven
These are the best spatulas around for working with pizza balls.I make my own pizza and I use this to remove the balls from the tray after they've finished proving and are to be used. Sprinkle a bit of flour on the spatula and then use it with a bit of force to get under the dough ball to lift it out.Tried loads of other makes, but these are hands down the best.

A game changer for dough removal
I run a pizza company, and this tool has totally transformed the way I remove dough from the box. It's fantastic, flexible, effortless, and cuts the dough with ease. I wouldn't go back to using metal scrapers!

Changed the game
Absolutely transformed the speed, I'm getting cleaner cuts and also as I'm able to get right under the dough, I'm not damaging the balls getting a much more consistency in the end. Couldn't love it more if I tried.

Expensive for what it is.
Flexible, does the job but at nearly £15 it's rather expensive.

Works great for dough though
Keep it away from heat and you'll be ok! Grabbed it to retrieve a fried egg and the edges melted. GI claim highly resistant to heat, which for me was not the case. Works great for dough though.
