Purchased this thermometer 8 months ago. Started having issues with reading the numbers, they would fade. I really liked it, I was disappointed it didn’t last a year.I contacted them Tuesday morning, told them the problem. That evening I got a response. They apologized for the problem, requested the order number, a pic and shipping address. Sent the info and Wednesday morning they confirmed the info was received. Friday morning I received my replacement. Sometimes things just happen to really good products. Products are only as good as the people who back them and these people are really good. I highly recommend this thermometer, it does everything they say it does and they back it up. THAT’S really hard to find these days.

I got tired of waiting the 5 seconds it took my old style thermometer to work. No, really, it broke and I decided to give the instant one a try. I like it because I never burn my hand using it and it is instant. It also folds up to store in my drawer.

When we got a new grill, I decided to treat myself to this thermometer. I do not know why I waited so long to purchase one.!

Was fine while it worked, broke after less than a year.Update: The seller responded to my review quickly and sent out a replacement unit, so I'm upgrading this review from 2 to 4 stars.

I love how it gives a reading in seconds. It worked great for a few months then the display stopped working properly so I could not read the temperature. I contacted the manufacturer and since it was still under warranty they quickly sent me a replacement. Great customer service.

Works like a charm. Very fast and accurate. Battery life is good. Magnet is makes it easy to keep it handy on the side of the fridge. It has all the appropriate features to make this an excellent tool for any kitchen. I highly recommend this product.

This is one of the best purchases I've made in years. I'm really happy with this thermometer. It turns on and off automatically, it displays the temperature almost instantly. Just a fantastic product.
