I got this recently to keep the prostate in a healthy form. It tastes fine with no serious side effects from what I can tell. The bottle as well as the dropper are well made and it does not feel like a cheap product at all.I have not observed a significant improvement however I have not been taking it consistently every day either so that's my fault. Although, when I did take it consistently for a while, I didn't feel any immediate effects or changes in the bathroom routine. I am going to continue taking it b/c some vitamins & herbs are better than no vitamins and herbs. Also, herbs like these take a long time to show their benefits. I am thankful that Amazon has this product. I do recommend it because it has no side effects. Whenever trying herbs, the purity and potency matters and this product feels high quality.

I got this recently.It is a bottle of liquid saw palmetto.I love saw palmetto. It does help me as i get older with an overactive bladder.I have used so much now, of varying strengths and amounts, that it does actually help with the prostate.I generally prefer my vitamins in liquid form. They work so much quicker that way.This is that liquid form i generally prefer.Doesnt taste great...but its not bad.I have no problem handling it.This is good.I always want more saw palmetto l.This is easy to use , easy to swallow , and has no harmful side effects i have ever noticed.I will use up.this whole bottle.Recommend
