Accurate but very poorly made.
As an HVAC tech, this tool broke in two weeks on the job. It works well enough but ultimately broke extremely easily; rendering it useless. Get the fieldpiece K-type clamp instead

Fantastic addition to the meter I already own
I loved the fact that this attaches to the Klein meter clamp I already own. This clamp felt very secure on both the high and low pressure pipes. Out of the package I found a polarized adapter that was color coded to make sure it was easy to recognize which orientation it needs to be inserted into the meter itself. As a DIY'er I don't need a fancy setup that has multiple clamps etc. and I found this will do the job I need it to very well.

Useless Cheap Plastic Cord.
This is my husband's review Cheap plastic cord. I'm a DYI, not a professional. This is fine for my use. If I were a professional I'd hate to depend on it for a living. I've never seen a cheap USB phone charging cord this poorly made. This is not the type of instrument I'd expected to come from Klein. My suggestion to Klein. Use a cheap Type C USB cord. That way the purchaser can easily replace the cord with one of the quality and the length that suits their needs.I was testing water temperature with it. The inline water heater was set a 130F. The water coming out of the faucet was 130F. The Klein clamp measured 121F. I used an infrared thermometer gun to check the faucet temperature. It agreed with the Klein. Lesson learned the temperature outside the pipe will always be less than the temperature inside the pipe.

Perfect for HVAC
I’ve been within the HVAC industry for quite a few years now and I actually have a cobalt multimeter that reads temperature instead of your typical fieldpiece and I love it. This clamp is very very accurate and over the times I’ve used it. I’ve had no calibration issues unlike some of the others I’ve used where, they tend to bend or break or lose their sensitivity. This one has definitely been hopeful tool

OK, for $20 it does the job, but is budget level pipe clamp
I bought this as a budget-minded tool purchase in the interim until I get a digital manifold with pipe clamps included. It does the job, but doesn't always make good contact. The biggest gripe is the flimsy cord and plug. The prongs bend easily (yellow plug), and the adapter's female socket for the K-type plug is not very resilient. After a few unintentional yanks from normal job use, the contact loosen up and no longer make strong contact with the pins from the clamp's plug.Advice would be to cable-tie the two plugs together to make them a single unit that cannot come apart.
