I’m 5’5 and about 170lbs and the medium fit me very well. It smoothed me out and made my waist just a bit smaller, but not uncomfortably. I was a little scared when I was pulling it up my thighs and butt because it felt so small LOL but the shorts weren’t too tight at all and didn’t leave an indent under my dress. Would recommend!

This thing is amazing. It's a little tight getting on but once it's up and everything is in place it's surprisingly comfortable. I was able to wear it for 10+ hours, sitting and standing, and could still breathe and eat. It doesn't make me a size 2, but it does smooth out my apron belly and prevent thigh chafing. I could definitely see a different and it made me a little more comfortable than I normally would be with my appearance. I did need help getting the back fully pulled up and back fat tucked in. As someone with an annoyingly large chest (42N), I appreciated being able to wear my own bra (though because of my large chest the straps were slightly awkward, and became bothersome as the night went on). The open gusset is a game changer. I was skeptical but I was able to use the ladies room multiple times with no issue.My small complaint is that the thighs rolled up every so often, so I had to find somewhere to go to pull them down, but it wasn't constant.I'm 5'3, and usually wear 16/18 pant, XXL shirt. Ordered a 2X/3X, and would get again.

Trying this on had me questioning how much the brand had changed since the original I bought a few years back, not in a good way. The color, which I thought was going to be nude, was a mixture of peach and creme (I took a photo comparing it to my nude bra - which my last one’s color was similar to). The elasticity was fine, but really only tightened around the waist. I’m fine with my thighs being bigger and all, but that means the fabric on the thighs moved around a lot - rolling up or just being irritating. I will say, it went on and off quite easily, and the tummy area was tight - so I’d still give it 3 stars toward its purpose.

I wear 3x clothing. I purchased this shapewear in hopes it would work out for me. The quality of this product is of great quality. I struggled to pull it up to my waist. The shapewear felt tight n firm, nice n snug all over and my lower back. If I wouldn’t have had a very hard time ( it rolled) pulling it over my belly I would have kept it n always use it. Unfortunately, I suffer from back and knee pain and had no more effort in me. Furthermore, I feel I need to return it. I can tell you that as far as I pulled it up, to my waist, it alleviated my lower backs discomfort and felt good due to the tight fit and great support. I’d say this shapewear can put a smile on your face to see the nice figure you will see when u look in the mirror. As soon as I lose a little more weight I will buy this again. I personally thought I was going to literally be sweating on a hot day trying to pull it up again in the event that I should need to pull it down. I hope this helps you. I didn’t give it 5 stars only because I didn’t have the strength or patients to pull it over my belly. I didn’t get to see it completely on me. The make and quality is awesome.

I've purchased this in medium and large and neither fit properly. I'm 5'5", 150lbs and this undergarment fits like a thong *both* ways. And the way it rides up so badly in the front just means that your fupa is sticking out around it under your clothes. It's very uncomfortable and does not make me feel confident when I feel like my clothes must look weird due to how the shaper is sitting. Also it hurts my crotch. It's a no for me.

Wow. I just had a baby a few months ago and need a little help. I’m 5’2”, 160lbs. I went off of another review and got the sm/md instead of recommended l/xl. It was very hard to put on, but once on, it was super comfortable and held everything perfectly. My tummy/back/butt looked great! There’s even a little opening for using the rr which is AWESOME!! Now I won’t feel so bad wearing a nice dress to a formal event!

Two weeks postpartum and this shaper really does wonders makes me feel more confident as I’m working on getting my body back to where it was!I suggest two size down. I am a large now 5’2@180lbs but bought a small-mediumAnd it smooths me out in all the right places and is extremely comfortable! I do feel like it’s made for shorter people as it fits me perfectly in the torso which normally I have trouble with because I have a short torso and short legs.

Fabric quality was better than expected but even following size chart and struggling to get on, would not be able to breathe. Returning reluctantly.
