where is the night time shut off?

There is a little switch above the battery compartment inside. Had to shut mine off because my cats scattered each time it chimed!

We purchased the clock and the second hand is getting stuck. How can we fix it?

Hello. Howard Miller offers a 1 year manufactures warranty on mantel clocks. If this clock was purchased within the last 1 year you can bring it into a local service center to have it fixed. As long as it is a manufacturer’s defect it will be covered under warranty. To locate a service center you may go to our website www.howardmiller.com & click on the right-side tab that says “locate a service center”. If you place your zip code it will show the name & information for a service center in your area. Just bring in the clock & your proof of purchase to be able to get it fixed under warranty.
