This is a great product. I have marked it down from 5 stars for 2 reasons:1. The instructions are rubbish. All you get is an exploded view of the structure without any guidance on how to assemble.2. The components are made from reconstituted wood meaning that over-tightening or stressing the joints can easily compromise the integrity of the structure, as I found to my cost when trying to stretch the cowl into place whilst in-situ. This stressed the base to the point of failure, fracturing the bolt-hole in the base section. An instruction to build the cowl section *before* adding to the structure would have prevented this failure.I have still marked this high, for 3 reasons:1. My kitten loves it. When assembled it’s a great activity centre and his joy in playing with it is evident. It wobbles about quite a bit and in the first few days of use he fell off it from various levels, however after a few days of use he now never falls off and tears around it like a cat possessed. It has trained him to be more agile and balanced.2. Despite the low-grade of the components the build is actually quite good and significantly cheaper than similar activity centres. Less than half the price in fact.3. Customer service is amazing. Due to my comment above I requested a replacement section because I didn’t want to return and without issue or rancour they replaced the whole thing.

Looks 'nice' but NO SCREWS enclosed ...had to wait for assembly & my son to come up with necessary componentsBut having taken all bits out of box ..it was too much to attempt to repack & returnWhich I most certainly would have done if easy !!Nor is it stable& holes were missing where screws were requiredAWFULas I say ..I only have 8 week old kittys (2) so no weight ..and yet still it wobbles if they jump onto

this product is made of cheap materials and was very unsteady, my cat has used it several times but wont use it anymore as it has toppled over several times when she jumps down from it. I would not buy this product ever again.

this item had faulty part which in fairness was replaced, however overall the product was very poor quality and my cat shredded the thin flimsy post covers in under a week, would not recommend this product

Great little cat scratcher tree. My cat is quite big so it was too small for him. Perfect for a kitten though.

Ok for the price but not great. Not that sturdy and cat has already pulled the scratching rope off. You can also feel the screws under the grey material.

Really nice the kitten loves it. Delivered on time , and easy to put together. The width and height is perfect for small living room or space ,Looks like what it ment to HOWEVE only giving 4 star as I ordered it in black and I have got a dark blue/Gray colour. All in all would get it again. Very happy.

Excellent play toy for my two kittens had very good use for it. Unfortunately they are now 9 months old and too big for it but they still love it.Need to get a bigger more sturdy one now for them.
