Hey there! I think you're overthinking this. These are SOLID STATE MECHANICAL KEYS, they have no caps just the key which is just an on/off. You will need to supply a controller for these to function. These are drop in replacements for most mechanical keys

Silent Linear Mechanical Keyboard Switch are good for Ajazz AK33?

I've used these in mods of RK ROYAL KLUDGE RK84 and RK100. As long as it is a hotswappable model that accepts 3 pin switches, these will be compatible. The "good for" part is a bit subjective so I can't speak to that. I personally love the feel & sound of the switches but your mileage may vary.
