Plan on installation problems, aggravation and trips to the store!!!
This product cannot be installed as is! I wanted to like this item, it seems well made however the main attachment bolts to the vehicle body panel/frame spin from the nylon locking nut. It doesn't help that they have ZERO customer support contact information. You're on your own to figure out how to make this product work!!! The truck will be unusable until you get another vehicle to go to the store unless you take everything apart to prevent the loose parts from falling off and getting lost. I will post a follow-up to assist anybody (which would be everybody) with this same problem.

Poor instructions
Steps work great but missing half the nuts. And instructions very poor.

Wrong Nuts for the body attach points, need lock washers and regular nuts not Nylocks
One review correctly identifies the design issue of spinning body bolts. They also perform the process backwards... by attaching the brackets to the steps and needing as second person to help.Only attach the brackets to the steps to help locate the rear attach holes. The first two front hole locations are easy the back two maybe not so much. But go ahead and attach the brackets loosely per the instructions to locate the two rear holes if needed. Then place the T-head bolts in the body holes with the plastic retainers, detach all the brackets and attach the main brackets to the bolts with regular lock washers and nuts (which you will need to purchase separately) Use galvanized steel and paint them with black primer after install. Then attach the secondary brackets and then the steps.Other videos have the same brackets and attach methods, but use the correct lock washers and nuts. Copying the T-nuts is correct but choosing the nylock nuts is engineering 101 mistake (I am a mech engineer with nearly 40 years of experience and hundreds of designs and a dozen engine and custom rebuilds .)You could also use thin nuts, dial them down and then apply the brackets over these but make sure that they fit flush...then ok to use the nylocks. Another approach for the manufacturer is to use longer T's on the nuts. If you want this let me know and I will grab the measurement for you.The instructions are OK, They have 2 pages of step by step words without pics, then 4-5 pages of associated pics. So improvement would be to mix in the steps and associated pics. They do have good CAD solid model pics so they could easily do this correctly. Just have to flip back and forth between the two to make sure the correct hardware is being applied in a few spots and locations on the rear brackets depending on the van axel centers. After completion, they look and work great!

Nice quality but cannot install
Got this for our 2023 Ram 2500 159" but cannot install it due to the included bolts/nylon nuts not having anything to prevent spinning when trying to tighten. Not sure how they managed to do so without running into the same problem.

For RAM PROMASTER 2018
The media could not be loaded. I bought these sills and installed them on my Van Ram ProMaster 2018, but when installing you need to show a little skill, but in general there is nothing complicated, everything went together beautifully, you only need to drill 8 holes, I really like these sills, I give them five stars
