I needed these for an art project. There are lots of colors and I felt like I got my money’s worth. I took off a star because some colors shed like a beast. They were good for what I needed them for and the wires seemed sturdy enough for little kids.

I saw a TikTok where someone threaded pipe cleaners through a strainer for their baby—and I figured, why not give it a shot? Total game changer! My baby loved it. She was so focused on pulling them out one by one, and I could practically see her little brain working. It’s such a simple, inexpensive activity, but it kept her entertained and helped build those fine motor skills in the best way.

These pipe cleaners are very flimsy, the quality one would get from pipe cleaners at the dollar store. The wire quality was thin, not sturdy at all.
