I have had these for quite some time and just never got around to using them until today and am kicking myself for just now realizing the power tools I’ve had just sitting here waiting to be activated. They are just four bands but they make a massive difference - I started with the first day of exercises and can feel it in the best way! My thighs and booty have been the toughest places to work on, but I can tell already these are going to finally kick it up and be just what I needed! The bands come in a nice little bag have a printed card to use for reference with how to do different exercises and a suggested weekly routine to get you started. There’s also a QR code to get even more support and helpful guidance which I used as I wasn’t sure on where to put the band and how to do a few and it gave me exactly what I needed. What a value but powerful bundle!! Will be looking at what other products this company offers! I’m blown away!

Just what I was looking for! The latex bands at the gym are frustrating to use because they roll up and are uncomfortable. These stay in place and allow you to focus on the exercise instead of the discomfort. I love the different levels of resistance that you can use to mix up your sets.

These resistance bands are great for my PT exercises at home. They’re very comfortable and it’s so helpful to have the different strengths to vary with different exercises. It’s great to have this set at home to be able to follow up regularly with the exercises prescribed by my PT.

I like them! They were opened and possibly used, but I don’t mind since they still look new and I can’t tell if used. The easiest one is tough! I like the resistance and that they are thick and don’t roll up and pinch my skin like the straps I had received from PT. These are wide and comfortable. They probably will stretch with time so it’s nice to have some stronger ones for when that happens or when I’m stronger. Doing lower body moves with weights hurt my SI joint and these tend to be better for my lower body strengthening.

Awesome quality, super cute colors, they come in a convenient case to add to my gym bag, easy cleaning if needed. Perfect for leg workouts! These make you feel the burn from beginner to athlete! I have strong legs and no matter how strong you are these will give you a run for your money!

Bands are of excellent quality and they exceeded my expectations. They stay perfectly in place and actually make working out fun. They are packaged well in a sealed heavy duty bag and inside is a nice black mesh bag which fits all 4 Bands for storage or travel. Personally, I like the items I purchase to be new, in perfect condition, and not returned by someone else. The Booty Bands were perfect all around.
